Project Overview

Problems & Needs

Users cannot send faxes quickly and conveniently via the mobile application while sending faxes.

Users cannot follow the fax they sent and send it again easily.

Users want to send fax without receiving fax number.

Fax apps in the store are complicated and not easy to use.

The interface designs of the fax applications in the store have not been updated and therefore the applications are not comfortable to use.

Persona

People who want to send faxes easily without having a fax number via mobile app and macOS app.

Outcome

We have produced an understandable and functional fax sending application so that users can easily send faxes from their mobile phones and macOS devices.

We classified the personas by observing and tracking them. We updated the features and user experience in the application according to pain points and usage areas.

Prepare a changelog

As we made updates and variation studies in the design, the confusion in submitting it to the developer increased. For this reason, I explained the updates and changes with the changelog and showed them visually in every change that will be published in the design.Thus, it was easier to document during and after the handoff process.
